DO WE REALLY HAVE ANY
CONTROL OVER OUR LIVES ?

Hey everyone…
How are you today ?
I hope you guys are doing well..
and I hope you are being
good people…
So Iv’e been continuing this
cartoonish looking painting
and actually a few others which
you’ll also see soon.

While continuing to work on this painting I started to think a lot about something
Iv’e been thinking about ever since my grandmother RIP passed when I was a kid…
our lives in this planet and how much control we really do have over our lives.
We live in such an era where everyone are so busy with career, money and their
egos and it seems people really forget about the real important things.
Like for example… what is life ?, why are we here ?, why do things happen ?,
what is the meaning of our lives ?, am I really going to be happy if I’ll get this or
that job ? do I really have any true control over my life ?
I guess the Dinosaurs didn’t really see what happend to them coming…, people
who took part in world war I or world war II or any war during history probably
didn’t plan to fight in a war… The people who died or got injured in the atomic
bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki probably planned on progressing in their lives
when suddenly something terrible happend that completely chaged their faith…
So do we really have control of our lives ? and if so what kind of control do we
really have ?
I think the only control we really have on our lives is how we live them and what we
value, the thoughts we choose to think, how we choose to treat other people…
and those things in return can maybe affect our physical lives perhaps.
I don’t mean that we should live our lives as if nothing really matters and we are
all going to die anyway one day but I guess what I’m saying is that the only things
which we really have total control of and the only things that really have any value
in our lives are the things that are intangible… therefor if there is any meaning
to our lives, if the fact that we are alive does make any difference in the total of
humanity, in the total of space, in time, in existence itself or anything at all then
there must be something to our lives which is beyond what is physical…
I still don’t know what is the meaning of life… my guess is that we only have
gates through our thoughts and intentions to "upper worlds" which might enable
us to see the bigger picture and understand better our place in the total of
existence but I know wondering about the meaning of life brings a fresh new air to
life itself and connects us more to nature and to the truest form of existence itself
and once we are more conscious of existence, nature, our thoughts and intentions
only then we can really peacefully enjoy and truely value life.

Anyway this painting is almost complete I might finish it today or tomorrow.
I’m also working on another new painting… this time it is a celebrity so you’ll see
an update on that soon
